One in a Million is a Bradford based Charity working in the inner city using Sports, Arts and Enterprise as a means to engage and enthuse children and young people struggling to overcome issues of crime, poverty, exclusion, drugs, solvent abuse and obesity.
In 2005, we began delivering football projects to 7 young people from the Canterbury estate.
Presently, we create safe, fun and positive environments through our activities with more than 750 children and young people per week. The majority of whom live in the top 1% most deprived areas in the UK.
    Our aim?
To support some of Bradford’s most vulnerable and needy children in gaining educational qualifications and social skills for life. In addition, we aim to bring together young people from different ethnic backgrounds, break down barriers, racial tensions and build community cohesion
Through this we help each child and young person involved understand that each and every one of them has value, they have something to offer and they are all

Offering executive coaching to Executive Directors of non-profit organizations.

Executive Directors are often isolated, unable to share openly with staff or Board members as well as not well understood by well-meaning friends and family members who just don’t get what it’s like to be the CEO of a charitable enterprise. You don’t have to go it alone, though. Coaches are the non-profit Executive Director’s secret weapon in becoming ever more effective and successful.

I led two major NYC non-profit organizations, one for 11 years. I worked with a coach the entire time, and credit her with a lot of my success. Working with me, you will break through to another level of leadership, and steer your organization with greater ease and skill to greater achievement and impact.

If you are an Executive Director or aspire to become one, give me a tweet. Let’s explore how working together can be your key to fully meeting the challenges and enjoying the satisfactions of your amazing job.
